How do I set up my coanalysis account?
After signing up, you'll be guided through our onboarding process. First, upload your cannabis products to the product catalog, then upload corresponding COAs (Certificates of Analysis) for each product. Finally, configure your team members and their access permissions.
What file formats are supported for COAs?
We support PDF files up to 10MB in size. Your COAs should be clear, legible scans or digital documents from certified testing laboratories. We recommend uploading high-resolution PDFs for best results.
How do I connect my Shopify store?
Go to Widget Setup in your dashboard, select your product, and choose Shopify integration. You'll get an embed code to add to your product templates, or you can use our Shopify app for automatic integration.
Can I import my existing product catalog?
Yes! You can bulk import products using our CSV template. Download the template from the Products page, fill in your product information, and upload it. We'll match products to COAs based on SKUs or product IDs.
