By accessing or using coanalysis, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Service Description

coanalysis provides cannabis compliance management services including:

Certificate of Analysis (COA) management and storage
Product catalog management with compliance tracking
Embeddable widgets for ecommerce platforms
Team management and role-based access controls
Integration with Shopify, WooCommerce, and custom platforms
Compliance reporting and audit trail maintenance

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
Maintain the security of your login credentials
Upload only legitimate COAs and compliance documents
Comply with all applicable cannabis laws and regulations
Use the service only for lawful business purposes
Not attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized data

4. Cannabis Industry Compliance

Users acknowledge that cannabis laws vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of coanalysis complies with applicable state and federal regulations in your operating jurisdictions.

5. Data Accuracy and Liability

While coanalysis provides tools for compliance management, you remain responsible for the accuracy of uploaded COAs and compliance with regulatory requirements. We do not verify the authenticity of uploaded documents.

6. Subscription and Billing

Free Trial: 14-day trial with full platform access
Starter Plan: $49/month for small operations (up to 50 products)
Pro Plan: $149/month for larger operations (unlimited products)
Billing is monthly or annual, charged in advance
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds for partial months of service

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

8. Intellectual Property

coanalysis retains all rights to the platform, software, and related intellectual property. You retain ownership of your uploaded content and data.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days before it is permanently deleted.
